Growing up in Silicon Valley at the onset of the digital evolution transformed my life.  My fascination with the digital world and how people engage with the technology, led me to pursue my passion in the industry for over 20 years. Over the last two years, I met with over 50 industry insiders, organizational leaders, product managers, designers, and engineers as I delved into my work, research, and writing on alignment.

I am grateful to those who shared their time, encouraged my book endeavor, and cheered for me along this journey.

Alignment in product transformation encompasses four levels; individual, team, organizational, and market. Understanding these levels is paramount to moving your organization through product transformation.  “When people possess a shared vision—and have the competency, leadership, and clarity they need to achieve it—the energy is infectious…” 

Today digital product leaders have an incredible amount of responsibilities, yet there is a tremendous void when it comes to finding proven thinking, resources, and experience that leads to success. At any given time leaders are asked to: 

  • Define product strategy and roadmap
  • Develop a strategic understanding of target markets (customers/users needs) and evolving trends
  • Work across teams to define, design, and develop solutions
  • Drive decisions around prioritization, solutions, functionality, and growth
  • Develop supporting product KPIs and analysis of how they impact business priorities
  • Build and nurture world-class product teams. Provide mentorship, inspiration, regular guidance, and remove obstacles that impede performance of people, processes and systems

We set out to help leaders achieve success in every facet of their role and build high performance teams that solve the problems that matter most. Both to their customers and their organizations.
